Beit El Sura, home for all photographers.

“Photography is a way of feeling, of touching, of loving. What you have caught on film is captured forever… it remembers little things, long after you have forgotten everything.” – Aaron Siskind

Photographers are the artists that tell stories through their eyes, tales and history for how they see the world around them. How they feel its beauty and touch every corner their legs take them too. They see it all with a soul-deep perspective, twinkling-eyes and a strongly beating heart.

In Egypt, photographers tend to get together, do photography walk … etc. but it’s always been scattered and happened every once in a while. No more though because there is a home for them today. A home that opened up in the middle of the beautiful streets of Maadi. A place where they could grow, learn and express themselves freely and explore all the creativity deep within them.

We want to contribute to society by impacting our clients to see all the beauty that’s around them and becoming enhanced versions of themselves.

Founded by both Ahmed Hayman (https://www.instagram.com/haymanics/) and Reem Ossama (https://www.instagram.com/reemossama_/)  the place is a strong statement to how much passion they have for the art of photography. Beit El Sura was founded to be a school, an escape and a place where the most creative work is born. Throughout different projects by different professional photographers, exhibitions and mostly workshops and courses, Beit El Sura is the first step you’ll want to take in your photography path.

Baby-steps towards professionalism, a different set of courses take place throughout the whole year and through them you can progress, grow into your talent and work better on yourself.

Basics of Photography – the first steps – Photography for Teens – because talent starts young – Photography walks to explore yourself more in the streets, Food styling, Wedding photography talk, Portrait Photography … etc and loads more.

In that place you see art talking, you see minds connecting and hearts encouraging one another, you meet professionals and newly-born photographers, you see experiences and you live them and through them (You must see Ahmed Hayman’s The Dream is still Alive) and your eyes won’t be able to get enough.

The courses are an experience on their own from a theoretical one to the field-trips to see the streets, the people, life through your own eyes and lenses. People there are welcoming, you fit right in from the very first day, you feel comfortable to explore what you love the most and you’re suddenly driven by the urge to be up for the challenge and believe me the best of work comes out of that passion.

Don’t miss out on such a home and experience because it’s worth it.

Check out their social media and contact them to enroll in the upcoming courses.
